This is my “Stories Written in Windows Media Player” poem. I guess it pays off to listen to a lot of songs with cheezy names, because it makes it easy to join them together. Oh and btw, figuring out how to make this image a workable size and appear here was a pain in the butt until I figured out I could just cmd+shift+4 screenshot the playlist and upload it directly into this post (no messing with flickr, etc.)
Hope it makes sense. There were a couple times where I wanted to cheat and download random songs that contained more conjunctions and prepositions.
First a note: The image is a little big though, you may want to actually upload it to flickr as well so if and when you move your blog the image remain consistent and you don’t have to rework the URL.
Second: I love this poem, it is chock full of cheesy love song titles, and it makes for hysterical reading—brilliant!!
This is such a fun assignment and there are so many possibilities. IN looking though yours I wondered if I can move the album title next to the song title. And I got to thinking what if the album title was included in the poem like the song title?
This one works very well. Nice job.
Maybe I should upload some of these to the radio in celebration of Valentine’s Day
